Calculator inputs
Calculator inputs are processed locally in the current browser tab. The application does not send garment costs, job details, rates or customer quote fields to our server. It does not save them in cookies, local storage or an account. Reloading or closing the tab clears the working data.
Files you choose to save
Save job downloads a JSON file containing the internal job name, garments, designs and costs. It excludes the customer quote fields. Download quote creates an HTML file containing the customer-facing preview. Your browser or operating system controls where files are stored. Keep internal job files private, and review customer quotes before sharing.
Opening a job file reads its contents in your browser. The file is not uploaded to a server. Printing uses your browser’s print system; any print-to-cloud or cloud-synchronized download folder is controlled by your own settings.
Website requests and hosting
Loading a website sends technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and requested URLs, to its hosting provider. Cloudflare is the hosting provider and may process request or security information under its own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. This site does not specify or promise a retention period for provider-managed logs.
Analytics, advertising and external services
This initial site does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, embedded checkout or marketing cookies. Links to another website are governed by that website’s policies. A future checkout or analytics feature will require an update to this policy before it is introduced.
Feedback and contact
The feedback form only downloads a note to your device. It does not send a message. The intended address contact@embroiderytoolbox.com is pending email setup as described on the contact page. Do not include customer or sensitive personal information in feedback. If you later contact us through a published channel, your message will be processed to respond to your request and under the policies of the chosen mail provider.
Changes
This page will be updated when the site’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
