The calculator is a planning tool. It does not establish a market rate, guarantee profit, create a binding customer agreement or provide accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for checking inputs and deciding the final terms of your quote.
Default costs and rates are illustrative. The model uses sequential single-head machine time and separates operator handling from optional active attendance. It excludes tax and shipping from the selling price. Read the pricing guide and the calculator’s assumptions before relying on a result.
Customer quote review
Review the quantities, decoration descriptions, prices and customer-facing notes before sending any exported quote. Add appropriate tax, shipping, payment terms and turnaround commitments separately. Printed or downloaded quotes are your documents and are not sent through this site.
Availability and product status
The free calculator is provided without an uptime guarantee. Keep downloaded copies of jobs you want to retain. The premium workbook is in development and is not sold here yet. No payment is collected on this site.
